OK HERE IT IS!.
This is both a functional and aesthetics modification for the long unloved recon. The following mod with F up your recon (NO MORE CLIP{mine was already screwed so it was worth it}) if you do not want it to be sexy and awesome (I needed a not to unrealistic semi auto looking nerf pistol for costumes) do not continue.
1. take apart.
2. cut like so

3. do the same to both halfs
4. remove all locks and thingos that arnt necessary
5. now take your plunger and a big drill bit and drill out the air restrictors (stick the drill in till it punches a clear hole through the junk in the middle.)
6 (step is optional) if you want to make it mean you can replace the current barrel (where the darts go) with some other material such as Hep 20, PETG or the appropriate brass sise. This will help in firing stefans. (i havnt included pics cause i havnt done it though am planing to.)
7. put gun back together.
8. now that its done (unless you wanna keep on to the next step, only read on if your finished with the internals) you should learn how to use it:
- cock the gun as usual.
- if your observant you would have noticed the absence of clip to fix this slide a dart into the barrel with your hand.
- push slide forwards.
-fire at will.
9. so if your here your serious.... and you have done any barrel replacements and such. In that case here we learn to put an extra spring in. take the black cover off the rear of the gun, then proceed to glue it onto the back of the gun but not all the way on like this[img]

Now before you do this your going to want to put the nf spring inside the black tube
