Re: Vulcan belt mod
Your Vuclan is gonna break if you use that. It is too heavy on the gears and breaks the rotation mechanism.

Re: Vulcan belt mod
Yes i noticed that this morning so i now hold it diffrently so that my hand holds some of the chain as it comes out so there is less pressure on the gears. do u have a vulcan?

Re: Vulcan belt mod
I know this is an old topic but i reckon this is pretty important. When i did this mod the end piece that connected was griping my belt really tight and i was worried that it would damage the material. To fix this i took a stanley to the plastic so that it had a hole similar to the one on the other side. Here's a pic

Sorry that its a link i'm kinda new and have not yet figured out how to put an image on a post.

Come on guys, cut him some slack, he is only new, and he was actually trying to add something of value to the thread.

Re: Vulcan belt mod
It's not of any value anymore , regarding the newer, shorter, greener belts

Re: Vulcan belt mod
actually i used one of those in my belt mod. my old one and my new one. gust use a gray end piece instead of a green and put the green one back at the front. sorry about the necro guys i thought it was important enough to add and i couldn't make another topic it would just be stupid. Please forgive.
