Nice video mate.
I suppose you make Evan do all the hard work, while you just operate the glue gun??? haha
Cheers,

Re: Video Guide (Making Stingers)
Good technical video that.
Decent darts them stingers too.
I hate making darts myself, and I hate hot glue full stop, but once your tips arrive I'm going to convert all the old suction cups etc around the house and use them.
I was surprised how long you could leave the hot glue in the cap, and still have it stick.
Mine cools and goes hard quite quickly.

Re: Video Guide (Making Stingers)
My hot glue goes off really quickly too... on the high temp setting anyway.
Maybe Ben uses a low-temp gun...
I suppose this means I should get off my ass and make a vid on using washer's and the smaller snap caps, or are you going to do that as well Ben?
haha - it's no surprise that Evan does nothing!!

Re: Video Guide (Making Stingers)
Are you guys using the 7MM guns and sticks? If so get the 11MM one's the glue gets VERY hot I do about 10-15 caps with those guns and sticks and by the time I reach the last one it's still hot.
I've got 3-4 more videos to upload including the one with washers, but I'm restricted internet wise to ADSL at my new place so it's no fun waiting 2 hours for a 2 minute video to upload

Re: Video Guide (Making Stingers)
They work pretty well ab, they're just a little heavier than streamlines by ben's recipe.
There can be some issues with jamming in 35 drum mags, but streamlines have issues in those at times. It just depends on the individual units involved really.

Re: Video Guide (Making Stingers)
18s tend to be pretty reliable in my experience (and popular opinion), but personally i've only put around 100 rounds through.

Re: Video Guide (Making Stingers)
Thanks I tend to use them in bottom feeding balsters, because they are just so compact, and have decent capacity.
