Refrain from asking questions like this.
For starter's, the Raider and the Rayven are completely different blaster's, so you can't even compare them.
Secondly, it comes down to what you want to do with it. ie: will you be attending wars, and if so, what types.
Spend a bit of time lurking, and reading reviews on each blaster, and you'll be able to figure it out for yourself.
