Switch Shot AR removal? (need help) Empty Switch Shot AR removal? (need help)

Hello this is the first mod I am attempting.
I am trying to take out the AR in my switch shot. The internals for the barrel and AR are stuck together. Is there any safe way of getting the AR out safely without damage. Thanks for any help.

i'm assuming you're referring to the Wii switch shot, in which case you may want to look at this:

aside from that you can always boil it and gently apply force which works for most glued nerf.
