Wintercon - Canberra - 13th and 14th of July - Hasbro Sponsored - Lots of giveaways

July 13 and 14 - time to Nerf Up or Shut Up at Wintercon!

We are having a trade stand to promote our group, run some demo games, as well as RUNNING A FULLY HASBRO SPONSORED FIRING RANGE!!!! over the 2 days.
This is where you come in! We want you to attend one of the days (up to you) in your tac gear with your favouirite blaster! Be ready to fight! Help us promote the group! Entry is FREE! And there are NERF BLASTER GIVEAWAYS!

If you are part of The Hundred Swords this is a cross promotional event. If you want to come both days and do Nerf one day and Melee the other that would be awesome!

Wintercon 2013 will be held on Saturday the 13th and Sunday the 14th of July 2013.

Venue: Fitzroy Pavilion, EPIC. Near the McDonalds.

The venue will open from 8:30am each day, and close at Midnight on Saturday and 6:00pm on Sunday.

Full album on FB but a few here for good measure. An awesome turnout both days; we would have had ~500 people through the booth. Many of those would be too young for our regular games but there should be a decent number of new players at out game next weekend. In total we gave away close to a $1000 worth of blasters and accessories. Thanks again to Hasbro Australia for supplying the blasters, darts and discs, for all of our helpers for keeping the blasters loaded, and of course everyone who came along and had a go.
