NERF as a hobby for an adult

Hi all,

I was involved in the NERF hobby a couple of years ago, I saw some blasters in a shop the other day and am now considering getting back in to it seriously.
I have noticed that it does not seem to be as popular and forums / groups don't seem as active as they were a few years ago, has it died off and do many adults (30 years +) do it any more?

I still nerf when i can and i am well over 30 now. Hell i didnt start Nerfing until i was about 36yo.

Average age in the Canberra player group would be in the mid-twenties. Plenty of kids in their early teens but just as many guys on the higher side of thirty. We've got players in their 50's.

Heh, yeah Im almost 30 and still enjoy a good war with my friends kids every now and then. though its sometimes had not to feel like people are looking at you like some kind of rock spider when you're running round a park with a bunch of 12 year olds
